Data and AI Specialist
Build the data foundation agents depend on: unify customer data in Data 360, make it understandable in Tableau, and ground Agentforce and Claude in data people trust.

VANEIGENS is a Dutch consultancy working where Salesforce and AI meet. Most of our clients are retail and consumer goods brands. We design their Salesforce and AI landscape, build it and run it, and we ship our own pre-built agents that go live in weeks.
Every AI agent our clients run depends on the data underneath it, and that data sits in many places: webshop, stores, loyalty, ERP and a warehouse or lake. As a Data and AI Specialist you bring it together in Data 360, give it meaning with a semantic layer and dashboards in Tableau, and connect it to agents in Agentforce and Claude.
This is a role we are investing in. You join early, help shape our data and AI practice, and work closely with the consultants who design the agents. You work in a small team with short lines to the Practice Lead. Hybrid, from our Amsterdam office, at home and on site with clients.
Core Impact
What You'll Do
Data 360 foundation
Ingest, harmonise and unify customer, order and product data in Data 360, with identity resolution and consent built in.
Zero copy and integration
Connect warehouses and lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery without copying data, and set up integration with ERP and POS.
Analytics and BI
Build the semantic layer, metrics and dashboards in Tableau, so business teams and agents answer from the same definitions.
Ideal Profile
What you bring
You care about data being right, and you want to see it put to work by agents, not only in reports.
- 4+ years with data platforms, data modelling and SQL in a commercial setting
- Hands-on with Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) or a comparable customer data platform
- BI experience with Tableau or Power BI, including semantic models and dashboards
- Experience with a warehouse or lake such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery
- Interest in, or experience with, grounding AI agents: retrieval, knowledge bases and evaluation
- Data 360 or Tableau certifications are a plus
