Privacy statement
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This Privacy Statement explains what personal data Vaneigens collects through this website, why, where it is stored, and what rights you have. It covers only this website. We keep it short because the website does little: it has a contact form and a job application form, and it does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
1. Who we are
Vaneigens B.V. ("Vaneigens", "we") is the controller for the personal data described here.
- Address: Kingsfordweg 151, 1043 GR Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 68483198
- Email: info@vaneigens.com
For any question about privacy, or to exercise your rights, email us at the address above.
2. Contact form
What we collect: your name, email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, your confirmation that you have read this statement, and the language of the page. We also record when you gave that confirmation, the page you sent the form from, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address.
Why: to answer your question or request (including a demo request) and to follow up commercially on it. The hashed IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions and protect the form against abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing business relationships, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For the hashed IP address: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Where it goes: the submission is stored in our website's content management system, which only authorised administrators can access. Your name, email, company, phone, service, message and language are also sent to our CRM system, Salesforce, where our sales team handles the request. The hashed IP address and page address are not sent to Salesforce.
Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person and not a bot. For this check, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and device. See section 5.
3. Job applications
What we collect: when you apply through the website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you apply for, your LinkedIn profile URL, your message, your confirmation that you have read this statement and, if you upload one, your CV.
Why: to assess your application, contact you about it and, if applicable, prepare an employment or engagement agreement.
taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting suitable candidates. If we would like to keep your details for future vacancies, we will ask for your consent first.
