People and AI agents, working as one enterprise
An agentic enterprise runs on connected systems for data, work, agents and people. We design it, build it on Salesforce and Claude, and ship pre-built agents for retail and consumer goods that go live in weeks.
Five connected systems, one trusted platform
In an agentic enterprise, AI agents reason and act on their own for routine work, and people focus on judgement, creativity and relationships. It runs on five connected systems: engagement, agency, insight, work and context. An agent is only as good as the data it can reach and the trust it can keep.

Six chapters, worked through with you
We follow the agentic AI playbook. Every chapter ends with something you keep, so progress is visible from the first week.
Align around your goal
Scale the AI capabilities that move your business forward.
An AI vision statement and a map of your systems against each layer.
How we power your agentic enterprise, layer by layer
One service per layer of the architecture, built on the same foundation, so agents and people work from the same context and rules.
Before you start
What is an agentic enterprise?
A way of working where AI agents handle routine work on their own, inside clear guardrails, and hand over to people when judgement is needed. It runs on connected systems for data, work, agents and collaboration, not on a chatbot added to an old process.
Is our data ready for agents?
Usually not completely, and that is normal. The readiness scan shows what the first agent needs: which customer data, which knowledge, which permissions. We fix that part first and leave the rest for later.
Do we need new Salesforce licences?
Often you have most of what is needed. Some agents need an add-on such as Data 360 or Commerce. We check this in the readiness scan and show the full running cost, including AI usage, before you commit.
Will it replace our service team?
Agents take the routine work, people keep the judgement. We redesign roles into tasks, reskill people for the work that remains and build the business case on hours given back and better service, not on headcount.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. One agent, one channel, one measured result. Then extend to the next channel or the next agent on the same foundation.
